Cancellation/Refund Policy​​

Our commitment to aspirant satisfaction extends to our cancellation and refund policies. Please review the following terms:

  1. Cancellation Policy:

    • Cancellations will be entertained only if the request is made within 12 hours of placing an order.

    • However, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated if the orders have been completed or if course processes have been initiated, either by us directly or through appointed vendors/representatives.

    • Special offer products, as promoted by the Shashank Sajwan marketing team on occasions such as Holi, Diwali, Valentine’s Day, or specific examinations, are exempt from cancellation.

  2. Product/Service Discrepancies:

    • If you receive a product or service that does not meet our representations or your expectations, please notify our aspirant service team within 24 hours of receipt.

    • Our team will thoroughly investigate your complaint and take appropriate action to resolve the issue.

Refund Policy

​

As of the updated policy:

  • Refunds will only be issued in the event of duplicate payments for the same product or service.

  • No refunds will be provided for any other reason.

  • Please note that our fees, totaling ₹21,240 (inclusive of taxes), are non-refundable under any circumstances once payment has been made.
